How to Prepare Camera-Ready Version for APNOMS 2002

There will be two types of presentation at APNOMS 2002: 1) Technical Session, and 2) Poster Session.

When the final camera-ready version is ready, please send the electronic version of your paper using email to appropriate chairs as mentioned below.

The DUE date for the final camera-ready version is August 23, 2002.

At least one of the authors of the paper must register by August 16, 2002 in order to ensure publication in the proceedings. The details on the registration is available in the APNOMS 2002 registration page.

Please use the following instructions in preparing the final version of papers for each session.

Technical Session

Please incorporate the reviewersĄŻ comments when preparing your paper. The camera-ready format of technical session is same as the submission paper format (i.e., visual at top and text at bottom using PowerPoint). The page limit of your paper is 12 pages maximum. Please choose one of the sample camera-ready Powerpoint files (sample1, sample2, sample3) and use it as a reference.

  • Authors in Korea and countries other than Japan must send the camera-ready version to TPC Co-Chair, Prof. Choong-Seon Hong (cshong@khu.ac.kr).
  • Authors in Japan must send the camera-ready version to TPC Co-Chair, Mr. Yoshiaki Kiriha (kiriha@ccm.CL.nec.co.jp).

Poster Session

Poster session authors are expected to prepare 10 to 12 Powerpoint hardcopy slides (preferrably in color) and use them in presenting in the poster session. We will include a 2-page long extended abstract of your paper in the proceedings. Please use the following sample extended abstract paper (in MS Word) to prepare and send the file to the Poster Session Chair, Prof. Young-Tak Kim (ytkim@yu.ac.kr).
