(1) Schedule

   Exhibit Move-In: October 1  13:00 - 17:00

   Exhibits Open: October 2  10:00 - 18:00

   October 3  10:00 - 15:00

   Exhibit Move-Out: October 3  16:00 - 18:00

(2) Place

   Fukuoka International Congress Center, Fukuoka, Japan

(3) Equipment supplied

   A) Power

      1000watt(AC 100V) will be available per booth.

   B) Table and Chair

      A 1800mm(W) X 600mm(D) X 700mm(H) table and two chairs will be prepared in each booth.

   C) Phone

      Not available.

   D) LAN

      A single TP LAN port for Internet connection will be provided in each booth

(4) Exhibition Fee

   180,000 Japanese Yen per booth

   The number of booths will be from 12 to 15.

   Booth Size will be 2400mm X 2400mm.

(5) Proposal

   Proposal should be sent to the Exhibit Co-Chair of APNOMS2003 by e-mail with the following information by 30th of June.

    - Name of the company

    - Name of the contact person with his mail address, e-mail address, phone number and fax number.

    - Outline of your Exhibition : Title and the outlines within 200 words.

    - The Number of booths to be taken if you want to take more than one booth

    - The Number of Ethernet Internet port

    - The Number of booth personnel

    - Other additional information.
