How to Prepare Camera-Ready Version for APNOMS 2005

There will be two types of presentation at APNOMS 2005:
  1) Technical Session, and
  2) Poster Session.

When the final camera-ready version is ready, please send the electronic version of your paper using email to appropriate chairs as mentioned below.

The DUE date for the final camera-ready version is August 5, 2005.

At least one of the authors of the paper must register by August 5, 2005 in order to ensure publication in the proceedings. The details on the registration are available in the APNOMS 2005 registration page (http://www.apnoms.org/2005).

Please use the following instructions in preparing the final version of papers for each session.

1. Technical Session

Please incorporate the reviewers comments when preparing your paper. The camera-ready format of technical session is same as the submission paper format (i.e., visual at top and text at bottom using PowerPoint). The page limit of your paper is 12 pages maximum. If your paper is over 12 slides, your paper will not be included in the technical proceedings. Please use the sample camera-ready PowerPoint file (technical_sample_a.ppt) as a reference. Please make sure that the text fit to the bottom part of page. The text should not exceed the printing area.     The file name for your camera-ready should consists of "tec_", your session number and your presentation order number. You can see your session number and your presentation order number in the APNOMS 2005 advance program. For example, if your session number is 5 and your presentation order number is 2, then your file name should be "tec_5_2". The file size should be less than 2MB, because the publication chair can NOT receive big (more than 2MB) e-mail.

All Authors must send the camera-ready version to following 3 addresses.
    TPC Co-Chair, Hiroshi Uno (uno@ansl.ntt.co.jp).
    TPC Co-Chair, Kwang-Hui Lee (khlee@changwon.ac.kr).
APNOMS 2005 Publication Chair, Naoto Miyauchi (miyauchi@iss.isl.melco.co.jp)

2. Poster Session

Poster session authors are expected to prepare 10 PowerPoint hardcopy slides (preferrably in color) and use them in presenting in the poster session. The organizing committee has decided that an extended abstract of your paper (2 page long with two-coulumn format) to be included in the proceedings. If your paper is over 2 page, your paper will not be included in the technical proceedings. Please use the sample Microsoft Word file (poster_sample_a.doc) as a reference.
The file name for your camera-ready should consists of "pos_", your session number and your presentation order number. You can see your session number and your presentation order number in the APNOMS 2005 advance program. For example, if your session number is 1 and your presentation order number is 2, then your file name should be "pos_1_2". The file size should be less than 2MB, because the publication chair can NOT receive big (more than 2MB) e-mail.

All Authors must send the extended abstract of your paper (MS Word file) to following 3 addresses.
