How to reach Okinawa/Naha Airport Frequent flights from international airports in Japan such as Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya and Fukuoka are available. Also direct flights between Incheon/Seoul and Okinawa are operated 4 times a week.
How to reach Okinawa Convention Center Okinawa Convention Center, the venue for APNOMS 2005, is located in Ginowan City (Address: 4-3-1 Mashiki, Ginowan City, Okinawa 901-2221, Japan). The following transportation methods are available to reach the convention center.
[From Naha Airport] (1) Bus #99 to Convention Center around 60 minutes. (2) Bus #120, getting off at "Mashiki" around 50 minutes and walk to Convention Center around 15 minutes (1 Km). (3) Airport Limousine Bus for Laguna Garden Hotel around 45minutes and 5 minutes walk to Convention Center.
[From Naha area] (1) The buses that go directly to the Convention Center taking around 30-60 minutes are #28, 55, 112, (2) The buses that go to "Mashiki" taking around 35minutes and then 15minutes walk to the Convention Center are #20, 21, 23, 28, 29, 31, 63, 77. Naha Bus Center is the terminal of most buses mentioned above.
[By taxi] Taxis are also available and easy to catch from Naha airport and Naha down town and take about 30-35 minutes to the Convention Center.
