The 11th Asia-Pacific Network Operations and Management Symposium (APNOMS 2008) will be held in Beijing China from October 22 to 24, 2008. The theme of APNOMS 2008 is ¡°Network and Service Management for Business Agility.¡± Recently, various convergences in wired and wireless networks, and convergence of telecommunications and broadcastings are taking place for ubiquitous multimedia services.
