Instructions to authors for Innovation Session

The authors of papers accepted for Innovation Session should proceed following procedures.

1. Author Registration (DEADLINE: August 8, 2008)

In order to be included in the APNOMS 2008 proceedings of Innovation Session, at least one "author registration" per paper must be registered by August 8, 2008 at the Full rate (including student paper). Please check the APNOMS 2008 web page (http://www.apnoms.org/2008/) for the detailed registration infor mation.

IMPORTANT NOTE: One "Author Registration" is valid for ONLY ONE paper. If you authored more than one paper, your auth or registration is valid for ONE of them, and other author registration(s) are required for other paper(s). Student papers also have to register as FULL registration.

2. Camera Ready Paper Submission (DEADLINE: August 8, 2008)

The paper must be written by Visual/Text format (use slide for visual and note for text) for poster papers. The page limit of your paper is eight (8) pages maximum. A sample came ready version paper is here. You can also obtain the sample manuscript file from apnoms-sample.ppt.

Important information

  1. Papers by LNCS format are not acceptable. Innovation Session papers will not be included in LNCS proceedings
  2. Do not use font smaller than 10pt!
  3. Use note field to put the text of the paper
  4. The first page should contain at least (1) title and (2) authors and their affiliations in slide, and (3) abstract in note.
  5. As a regular paper, the paper should be organized by sections with section number
  6. References are needed in the note of last slide

Deliverables

Here are what we require from you.

  1. Final PDF file of your manuscript (NOT PowerPoint ppt file).
  2. Information for paper. Download the form (paperinfo.pdf) and fill all fields in the PDF. After saving the PDF, upload the saved PDF through JEMS.

Please upload above two files through JEMS by August 8, 2008.

TPC Co-Chairs strongly advise you to send your deliverables as soon as possible, without waiting for the deadline, so as to check and correct your contribution if necessary.

You need NOT to upload files for following items in JEMS.
