This 13th APNOMS will continue to facilitate research discussion in a wide variety of network management subjects. Based on experience from previous APNOMS events, the conference attracts papers both in traditional management research as well as in recent advances in the area. For example, last APNOMS had sessions on Configuration Management, Fault Management, Performance Management, and Security Management. APNOMS also traditionally holds more than one session on Traffic Engineering and other topics pertaining to management of network traffic.
Experience from several recent APNOMS event shows that many authors pursue research in management of wireless networks or convergence between wired and wireless networks. APNOMS is traditionally big on management of services, which includes QoS and QoE research. We also encourage topics not immediately adjacent to networks, such as management of business processes, operation systems (OSS) and similar research. APNOMS is happy to create sessions discussing practical research in network management, trials, case studies, and simulations.
There are 2 ways to publish with APNOMS. One can submit a Technical Paper, which, if accepted, will be published and indexed by IEEE Xplore. If one wants to retain copyright to published material, one can submit an Innovation Paper. Innovation papers will be included in conference proceedings but will not be indexed by IEEE Xplore. Both Technical Papers and Innovation Papers are presented in conference sessions.
Papers should be submitted through JEMS. See Call for Papers page for details and links. JEMS submission is already open so you can submit a paper right now!
